CVpal was my third attempt at having my CV done professionally by CV companies. My expectation was high because of the level of success and attainment achieved in business. My initial conversation with Andrew was focused, detailed, challenging, enjoyable and motivational whilst he began to structure the process to include my career, areas of expertise, achievements, management style and what motivated me as a manager. During the period of about an hour the whole conversation was solely focused in preparing the structure of the CV. We all found this course really interesting and very useful, Andrew was excellent in terms of his up to date knowledge and delivery style. The course content was all relevant with related activities to support learning, pace and challenge was excellent and it was really nice not to be “talked at for 2 days”.

In typical experienced trainer style Andrew was able to motivate and engage the group to facilitate learning in an enjoyable way, he was very self-assured and knew his subject well without being too didactic.
