I used a CV writing company to do my CV in 2013. It was awful and very badly done. I would not have secured a job using it. I contacted CVpal who were so helpful without being pushy. The CV they have done is very professional and well written. They also did an application letter for me which is excellent. My main reason for even thinking about paying for a review of my CV is the simple fact that I don't have any formal qualifications. Every time I put my CV in to the mix it feels like it gets instantly dismissed because there is no BA, BsC or any type of UNI education on it whatsoever.
